Up for sale is this Yamaha AX-900U amplifier in good condition. This amplifier is rated for 130W per channel under 8ohms. The spec screenshot is also posted for your viewing. The following services has been performed to this amplifier: - Speaker relay replaced with a new relay.- Pots and switches have been serviced. - Capacitors have been replaced on the main board, phono card and tone board. After making these changes, this amplifier sounds great and evenly on both channels without distortion. There are a few cosmetic scratches throughout the amplifier. There are no dents present. The phono stage on this amplifier does have the ability to use Moving Magnet (MM) and Moving Coil (MC) cartridges. Both settings work on this amplifier without flaws and sounds great. This amplifier does have a few quirks: - The Tone Bypass button does not function. It will not stay on the ON position. However, the tone knobs, (Bass, Mid and Treble) are operable. - The Muting button does get stuck in the in position when pressed. To free the button back out, press hard and quick to release it. Other than these quirks, this is a great amplifier for anyone ready to rock the house. This amplifier is as-is. Thank you.
