The unit is very-very clean and has always been in a non-smoking environment and this baby sounds absolutely superb with reserve power. This classic and very desirable YAMAHA unit is in great operating condition. It is cosmetically outstanding; the front face is very clean and sharp. There is a few small scratches on the unit, but you have to look close to see them; the rear right spring loaded speaker terminal RED lip is broken, but it works and holds the speaker cable just fine. All lights light, bulbs replaced if necessary, and all buttons and knobs have been cleaned. The unit has been cleaned, serviced, tested, and fully detailed - Everything works as it should! Oh, let’s not forget about the fantastic phono section, because it truly is a welcome addition. You wont have to spend the extra money on a separate phono pre-amp, because one is built into the unit. Plug your turntable into the phono input on the rear and you are ready to listen to your vinyl collection.
