There are a lot of inputs and outputs on the back of this unit, so Im not entirely sure of how many qualify as separate connections. It looks like you could connect just about everything to it. It has several surround sound effects. There are a total of eight speaker connections for A and B forward speakers (total 4), two rear speakers, a forward center, and a rear center. The only output for a subwoofer is an RCA connector for an external amp. I verified that all of the speaker outputs AND the RCA audio connectors work, but not the digital, the S-video, or the RCA video. Theres no reason to think that they wont work, though. The case has some small chips in the paint on top, but is otherwise very good, and the lights and switches and buttons all work. The amp rated at 290 watts total, which should fill all but the largest rooms. The remote and an antenna wire are included.
