Here is an amazing and beautiful Matched Pair of 2 Vintage 1950s Goodsell GW-18 OG Williamson Monoblock Tube Amplifiers with Partridge transformers and Genalex KT66s. Consecutive Serial #s 18708 & 18709. Quite possibly the nicest and most beautiful monoblocks I have ever owned. Gorgeous gold hammertone finish with giant Partridge transformers as shown. They come with all vintage tubes including Amperex Bugleboy 12AU7s and Genalex smoked glass KT66s. These have recently been serviced with some new caps and they sound amazing. They are quite large and impressive measuring about 17w x 9h x 11d at 45 lbs each. There is an RCA input jack and volume control on the front as well as an octal plug for a Goodsell preamp. They are voltage selectable from 110-220VAC and use the bulgen style AC plug. There is an additional empty octal tube socket on top for the optional preamp rectifier power supply if a Goodsell preamp is used. These tubes are new old stock and have never been used, making them a great find for collectors and enthusiasts. They have dual mono plates and are compatible with Williamson amplifiers. The tubes are also suitable for use in vintage audio and video equipment. The brand is RCA and the country of manufacture is the United States.
