Otherwise in good aesthetic condition Selling because Im upgrading my home theatre system. I have a full 5.1 surround setup with a B&W ASW10CM Subwoofer if interested in a home theatre setup. High quality aluminum phase plugs, The aluminum phase plug is suitable wherever plastic plugs can be unscrewed. The plastic phase plug is then simply replaced with one of our high quality aluminum plugs. It is not for nothing that B&W uses aluminum phase plugs in the 805 Signature. Through the use of aluminum plugs, the frequency response, which is already very linear for simple plastic plugs, is jointly linearized and heat dissipation is maintained. Sound is further separated from the speakers, and further enhanced naturalness makes it even clearer and more accurate. Phase plugs prevent opposing diaphragms from cutting just as reliably. At the same time, when using aluminum plugs, better heat dissipation in the area of ??the pole core increases the load capacity and counteracts thermal changes in sound. The dynamic midrange driver works with particularly low distortion when a copper layer covers the inner pole of the magnet, while the aluminum phase plug provides dispersion of the higher frequencies. So only the right combination of materials does it. The technical explanation is trite: the combination of the two materials linearizes the inductance of the voice coil. This results in a dramatic reduction in distortion.

Up for sale a lovingly cared for set of Bowers & Wilkins CM5 speakers in gloss black. Single owner since new. Always been driven with quality amplification and used gently. In like new condition currently. They really are in immaculate condition. No visible scuffs scratches or dings. Drivers in perfect working and cosmetic condition. I do NOT unfortunately any longer have the original packaging so will do best I can to carefully package them with UPS for shipping. Moving on to a larger speaker, but these have always been great. Give them a new home! Accessories - I dont have the jumpers any longer as I biwired them - which of course another owner can also do but I will include the foam port plugs that came with them as I have those to pass along. These were $1500 purchased new in 2015 so take them home for a big savings and enjoy plenty of life left in them! Please let me know if any other questions!
