This is a great old piece of audio history! It is a Wadia PRO DAC. Ever heard of one? Even if you know your Wadia gear? Didnt think so, they are pretty rare. The Wadia PRO is a racked converter that was intended for the professional audience. This particular one was in used in the AMC recording studios. As a DAC, it is pretty similar to the Wadia DigiMaster X-32, but doesnt have as many options for inputs since it was intended for a more specific audience. It only uses the high quality clock locking, which is far superior to random SPDIF signals these days, so expect some issues with clock lock unless you have a good source. Be aware of the obvious, this thing is used and scuffed up, as you can see in the photos. Due to age it is sold AS-IS. I will pack it up nice for you so it gets there safely.
