One of the top black glasses have some wavy lines in them you can see them in the photo. I would just say put that one on the bottom, but cosmetically both units are fantastic, except for those wavy lines on the one.

Einer der besten, jemals gebautenWandler des Highend-Olymps.WADIA 27 Direktes Gerät von Roland Fischer.Alle Updates wie das i und die x - Versionen, sowie andere Möglichkeiten, um den bestmöglichen Klang zu erleben wurden vor ein paar Jahren von Roland Fischer für dieses Gerät ausgeschöpft.Da wir befreundet waren gibt es darüber keine offizielle Rechnung. Die Modis am 27 i haben mich neben dem Gebraucht-Kaufpreis von 4000 € nochmals 1700 € gekostet. Normalerweise hätten die Extras wenigstens 3400 € gekostet, erzählte er mir nebenbei.Es wurden alle Verschleißteile, wie z.B. Elkos, ect.pp., gegen klanglich bessere Bauteile und low-esr- Langlebe-Elkotypen getauscht. Siebung wurde erhöht, alle Ami-Netzteile raus, spezielle, nach Rolands Vorgaben in Deutschland hergestellte, neue Netzteile rein.Ergebnis, da sie präziser gebaut & kräftiger dimensioniert sind :der Wandler wird jetzt nur noch handwarm gegenüber früher, wo das Gehäuse unangenehm heiß wurde.Das Hitzeproblem der importierten 27er war weder für die Bauteile gut noch zuträglich für die Langlebigkeit des Wandlers im Allgemeinen.Roland hat einige am Hitzetod gestorbenen Wandler zur Reparatur gehabt, die umgebaut wurden und heute noch gut laufen.>Perfekt feinabgestimmtes Gerät, bis aufs Mü genau kalibriert.>Einmaliger, auf Klang gezüchteter Wandler vom Meister.>Mein zweiteiligen 9er Wandler, passend zum 7er Transport, wurde für diesen 27er Wandler verkauft. >Hab es nie bereut.Versand im Originalkarton ist möglich. Wadia Digital Corporation 27xi V.3.0 Decoding Computer Ships Worldwide (Customs, taxes, and duties may apply) This is in excellent condition and includes the power cable, remote and manual. Minor blemishes to the brushed aluminum surface on the top that are barely distinguishable (actual photos). Wadia 27ix Digital Decoding Computer: The 27ix is the third-generation version of the original Wadia 27, which was reviewed by Robert Harley in the October 1996 Stereophile (Vol.19 No.10). I refer readers to that review for a full description of the processors technology and functionality. Briefly, the circuitry is housed in a black-anodized chassis, its panels machined from solid aluminum. There are no controls on the sculpted front panel, just a blue fluorescent display and the Wadia logo. All functions are operated from the chunky metal remote control, which also operates the 270 transport. The display defaults to showing left and right volume, but also momentarily shows emphasis and polarity, as well as sample rate, selected input, and whether that input is clock-linked or not. The rear panel offers six data inputs, and both balanced and single-ended analog outputs. The 27ix has the same digital volume control as the 850 and 860 players. This offers 100 0.5dB steps, and, as long as its used near the top of that range—above 65, according to the manual—it will not degrade signal resolution.
