VPI Prime scout turntable in excellent cosmetic condition lightly used for past couple of years. Comes with 3-d tonearm, cartridge and record clamp not included. The junction box on this turntable has been modified by VAS audio the RCA interconnects go directly inside the junction box and is connected directly to the wiring of the tonearm for minimal loss of signal. The cables are high quality low capacitance Van Damme RCA interconnects. The wiring in the tonearm has also been modified by VAS audio the wiring in the tonearm is bi wired for greater signal transfer. A mini leveler for the tonearm has also been installed on top of the tonearm to help with proper cartridge alignment. This turntable also comes with a dustcover. and Audio-Technica AT33PTG MC Cartridge 35th Anniversary Model included in excellent working condition.

This was given to me by a record collector some 20+ years ago. He said it worked fine. I have never used it and it has been in safe dry storage throughout. I plugged it in and it works. That is as much as I know. It is quite heavy but it will shipped in a very rugged box. Thanks for looking!

This high quality unit is in great working condition, with the turntable and vacuum working as they should be. The only minor issue is that the thin foam pad that the record sits on has sort of fallen apart with age, so you’ll need a new thin foam disc. I bought this new a few years back and used it like on maybe 10 records total. Sheesh. (I sold my collection shortly after the purchase. There is not a better more effective vinyl cleaner out there - especially when you consider that the method used by this cleaner won’t cause damage. It’s in perfect condition. Still has the protective covering over top. These sell for $1000 new. Ships well packaged in double thick box.

VPI Industries Prime Plattenspieler aus 2018. Ich verkaufe einen sehr gut erhaltenes voll funktionsfähiges VPI Prime Laufwerk mit JMW 3D 10 Zoll Tonarm, das ich 2018 neu erworben habe. Es handelt sich um ein schweres Masselaufwerk mit Einpunkt-gelagertem Tonarm. Die OVP und die Originalanleitung sind vorhanden, dazu lege ich ein Anschlusskabel von Pro-Ject bei (siehe Photo Nr. 6). Der Plattenspieler kann versendet werden, das kostet wegen des Wertes und des Gewichts mit DHL (versichert bis 25000€) 39,98 €. Alternativ kann das Gerät auch in Köln abgeholt werden. Aus klanglichen und technischen Gründen hat ein Einpunkt-gelagerter Tonarm viele Vorteile. Aufgrund des Prinzips ist allerdings die Justage nicht für Anfänger auf dem Gebiert der Tonarmeinstellung geeignet. Ich habe 2023 den Tonarmlift mit Öldämpfer (eine bekannte Schwachstelle) erneuert.
