I have tested all inputs and outputs including the Phono Inputs (MM and MC). There is only a lamp burnt (Tone on/off) that needs to be replaced.The phono stage of this amp is the most elaborate of the time, you have adjustable cartridge load, level of MC input, capacitance and impedance and it sounds completely different (in the good sense) of what you would expect from a phono stage.Your vinyls will sound more holographic, more involving, more true to scene. Regarding the aesthetics, as long as its a wooden enclosure, it can be repaired, polished and lacquered to bring it back to the beauty appearance as new. The front fascia looks good, but there are also some oxidation spots also on the volume and other places that on simple cleaning didnt disappeared. Its to be understandable after +40 years.
