Velodyne DD18 Subwooferw/ THX Ultra2 Certification I purchased this unit new and am the original owner. This unit was hooked up and used all these years without issue. I never did an update (probably should if one is still available) and I didnt even know the front panel came off to take pictures of the driver until I did this listing. Truely carried in and never moved. Im sorry about the terrible pictures. Unit is tough to picture. There are a few surface marks from normal cleaning. Nothing major and nothing worth pointing out. The unit is over 100 pounds, so it wasnt moved. The black gloss finish looks very nice. Im including the digital kit, remote and manual as pictured. I do not have the original box for this offering, and it is available for local pick-up only. Im about 1 mile from New Fairfield, CT high school. Unit is from a pet free home. Velodyne DD18 18 subwoofer with set up Microphone, Leads, User Manual and Remote Control. The unit is in unmarked condition, which is hard to photograph with Piano Black finish. The speaker works completely to specification. The original box was lost in storm damage to the roof although I think that I have the shaped styro foam packaging. The unit weighs around 50kg so is a two man lift and it will need to be collected from South Devon.

Velodyne DD18 THX certified, in gloss black Super rare to come up for sale, a truly outstanding subwoofer. I’ve never heard another home subwoofer that can move as much air, with such low distortion., to such low frequencies. You’ve not head proper bass until you’ve heard it from an 18” driver. This subwoofer has a fantastic on-screen onboard room correction equaliser, and fully adjustable settings. (See pics) The amplifier has been recently serviced, thoroughly tested and upgraded including ultra high quality capacitors. Carried out by Redline, the UK Velodyne approved service centre. (Receipt included) Includes all original accessories, (microphone, stand, XLR cable, RCA cables, manual etc, plus a spare remote. Also included with the sale is a VGA to HDMI converter, which will allow the video output of the unit to connect any screens/receivers which don’t have a VGA video input. There are some marks/scratches on top of the cabinet, (mainly caused by people thinking it’s a table over the years) Difficult to photograph as they’re not through the paint, but they are there.
