He purchased it from his good friend and even bigger audiophile who was the original owner. These are both functioning but a downsizing required a smaller system. Both DAC and power supply are missing screws that secure the case (sorry for the novice terminology). The DAC has one screw. No power cord is included(being used for the new system). I am not aware of any modifications but if there were I would assume they would be considered an upgrade. Please see all pictures for details on condition. Excellent budget Amp and DAC stack. I was using with my Sennheiser HD 600 that I am also selling. All were purchased this year. I have decided to upgrade my whole setup. I was using a pair of powered Audioengine A2+ powered speakers and an iMac and they sound amazing with this stack! Includes original boxes and packaging swell as the power adapters in their boxes. I combine shipping if you want the headphones too. These have been really well taken care of and I have never had an issue with them. Paid full price just a few months ago.
