This item has been Preowned .I only have what is in the pictures for it . I believe the battery needs to be replaced as it does not appear to be holding a charge. I was able to take the pictures of it on with the supplied usb cable included plugged in. I am not set up to test this any further other than it turns on and the screen looks good . These remotes have a learning curve and if you are going to use it know that it will take some time to get it up and running and programmed . I am selling this for parts and or repair as I have not tested it . Also the software CD supplied is older and prob. will not work on newer computers but I did not try . I havent tested it any further as it has been programmed for someone elses system. There are no instructions or software included. The software Nevo Studio SL can probably be downloaded and the manual is also available to download load. There is a second unit and charger which does not switch on but I will leave it in the box for spares or it may be repairable.
