Description
Sell ??Italian tube integrated high-end stereo amplifier Unison Research S2K. In perfect condition. Everything is native, even the fuses. No interference. The amplifier was purchased from Nota Plus, it was little used. Bulbs have only been replaced once. New lamps (installed and spare) were not used. Lamps installed:ECC82 (12AU7A) - Conn (RCA) (made in USA, NOS: from spare parts kit for organ, 1960s), KT88 - Svetlana.Additional lamps: the price also includes (optionally included) 2 new matched pairs of KT88 Sovtek and 1 matched pair of ECC82 (12AU7A) Baldwin Sylvania (made in USA, NOS from spare parts for organ, 1960s). The S2K KT88 operates in single-ended mode in pure Class A, delivering 15 watts per channel. Two ECC82 lamps (analogues - 12AU7A or 5814A) are installed in the input stages. Because the sound quality of a tube amp is largely dependent on the quality of the output transformers, Unison Research designed and manufactured both the mains and output transformers specifically for S2K.The amplifier circuit is assembled on discrete elements:The input stage is assembled on two double triodes ECC82 (12AU7A)The output stage is single-ended, ultra-linear, on KT88, operating in class AInput impedance 47 kOhmRecommended load resistance 4 - 8 ohmsConnectors and interfaces - stereo audio line in x5, audio line outstereo x1.Output power 15W per channel (ultra-linear mode)Frequency range 15-30000 HzHigh quality input switchHigh quality volume controlRF remote control in wooden case· Power consumption 150 WDimensions 410x165x275 mm· Weight 18 kg.
