2002 Unison Research Unico Amplifier Hybrid Model running both tubes and solid state. The two ECC82/12AU7 tubes were replaced two years back. This is a 220 volt model I picked up in Europe years ago. I had a 220 V line run into my audio room to run this unit. Selling it cheap as 220v is not the standard in the States. This model won many accolades back in the day SEE the Pictures from the manual that lists the full specifications. Note: European Buyers with 220 are set to go.Buyers in the states would need to run a 220 line to use this and then run their external 110 v phono stage into one of the aux ports. Es wurden gerade eben (Ende Juni 2024) neue, selektierte und gematchte Röhren (V1) von Tung Sol eingesetzt. Der Phonovorverstärker ist ein hervorragendes Gerät für MM und High Output MC. Mit Übertrager (wird nicht mitgeliefert) auch hervorragend für Low Output MC einsetzbar. Im Lieferumfang ist auch das externe Netzteil enthalten, das alleine aktuell schon ca. 600 Euro kostet. Der Versand erfolgt in der Originalverpackung inkl. originaler Betriebsanleitung. Es handelt sich hier um die neue Version (V2) mit insgesamt 4 ECC83 Röhren. Es wurden daher Empfindlichkeit und Impedanzverlauf entsprechend optimiert.Bestückung:Die Membran des 30cm-Tieftöners wird aus Pflanzen- und Kohlefasern mit Randeinspannung aus einem Baumwoll-Polyestergewebegemisch mit einer neuartigen dämpfenden Beschichtung hergestellt. Die Schwingspule hat einen Durchmesser von 100 mm und ihr Aluminiumträger ist mit je einer Lagen von innen und außen bewickelt. Der Magnet besteht aus Neodym, der Lautsprecherkorb aus Druckguss von höchster Steifigkeit. Dieser Tieftöner ist mit 800 Watt belastbar.Der Druckkammertreiber trägt eine 44mm-Schwingspule aus Aluminium auf Aluminiumträger. Er ist gekoppelt an einen elliptischen Trichter aus Aluminium in Luftfahrtqualität mit weiter Abstrahlung im Winkel von 60 x 80 grad. Die Richtwirkung ist konstant innerhalb +/- 0,85 dB bis über 12 kHz.Frequenzweiche:Die Weiche besteht aus hochwertigen, sorgfältig ausgwählten Teilen und ist eine klassische Anordnung mit 12dB/oct. Steilheit für Hoch- und Tiefbass.Besondere Sorgfalt wurde darauf verwendet, den Impedanzverlauf des Lautsprechers möglichst gleichmäßig zu machen um den Einfluß der Kabel und der Verstärkers gering zu halten. Mit einem Schalter auf der Rückseite kann der Dämpfungsfaktor in zwei Stufen Valve und Solid State so verändert werden, dass eine Anpassung an Röhren-und Transistorendstufen möglich ist. Obwohl der MAX-1 optimal für den Betrieb mit Röhrenverstärkern ist, bringt dieser Schalter auch ausgezeichnete Resultate beim Einsatz von Transistorgeräten. Acht Ohm nach DIN 45500 beträgt die Nennimpedanz.Gehäuse:Aus 25 mm dicker MDF-Platte mit Echtholzfurnier und zwei 8 cm Reflexöffnungen besteht das Gehäuse. Es wurde durch innere Verstrebungen weiter verstärkt. Die Innenwände des 80 Liter Volumens sind mit offenporigem PU-Noppenschaumstoff belegt.
