This is a Sony Video Recordable DVD Drive, model no. VRD-MC3 manufactured Dec. 2006, Serial Number 5057822. Purchased at yard sale, but I know nothing about this product. I plugged it in, presed one button and it opened the disc and pressed it again and it closed it. Screen showed information when I pressed that button. Even though this seems to be working, I am listing it as for parts only. It may be ok.
