Aiwa mini system with 4 separate components and the coordinating Aiwa rack. This unit was sold only in Japanese and possibly other non-USA markets. The tuner goes from 76-89mhz which used to be the japanese broadcast band. It was found packed away with items marked with the year 2001, I suspect it hasnt been used much or at all since that year. Amplifier: Was able to get sound out of headphone port, but only one channel unless it is held at a certain angle then I was able to receive great stereo sound. I was unable to get sound from speaker inputs. All lights work and are responsive to music. Tuner: All lights are responsive, this unit goes from 76.0mhz to 89.0 only, works great. Cassette Deck: FF and RW are sluggish and choppy, play does not work, sound of motor humming can be heard Turntable: Has a chip on the plastic arm rest, the arm doesnt move nor does the platter spin at all, a loud motor noise can be heard Rack: Connects the separate components together, appears to be working. This set is sold together and is sold as is condition as described above and in photos.
