An enthusiasts piece, the Trichord Genesis is a robust and professional working Class A CD player which employs a stable platter and requires the CD to be placed in the tray upside down. Among other modifications, Trichord Research enhanced this player with its Clock 2 System. Outputs include standard line out and a coaxial for connection to your DAC. Trichord have taken a humble Pioneer CD player and upgraded the electronics to change it into a truly high end performer.
