Up for sale are a nice set of Morel Duet speakers. They also go by Renaissance Audio due to legal dispute with Morel and Morel USA. My understanding is they were designed by Morel and they use Morel woofers and tweeters. They are unique because they use a transmission line cabinet which extends the bass response lower than a typical ported enclosure and also has a slower dropoff for a smooth, deep and hearty bass response. Online specs state they are rated to play down to 42 hz. These speakers have been examined, tested and enjoyed. They sound great! Very smooth highs with no sense of additional brightness, very well done midrange for excellent vocals and great bass to fill in the bottom end. These have some wear minor wear and tear. One large scratch on one side of one cabinet and a mark on the bottom corner of the other as pictured. Tweeter domes and woofer dustcaps are not pushed in. This is a device that is used to reduce jitter between a CD transport and digital to analog converter. These are highly effective. It is in good condition, with some minor dings, shown in photos. Color is excellent. This is guaranteed to be working as it should. Sorry, no DIN power cable comes with it, but this uses a standard 6 pin DIN cable, readily available.However, it does include an I2S Bus cable, a pretty rare beast.
