The item was tested before sell and works. The speaker is connected by banana jacks. There are 2 banana jack ports. The speaker has 4 screws with flaps on the end that hold the speaker into the wall. The two black foams taped to the back of the speaker are kind of torn. The black foams leave a little bit of a black residue if touched.
