On buy it now purchases, payment is required immediately. On any winning auction, you are expected to complete payment within 48 after winning the auction. After 4 days of nonpayment on the auction, per eBay’s policy, an unpaid item case is automatically opened, where you must then complete payment within 4 additional days. If you fail to make a payment on a winning auction, your account will receive an unpaid strike. All payments must be made through eBay’s Payment System. At this time no other form of payment is being accepted. Shipping on all items is usually an economy class of shipping, such as FedEx SmartPost or USPS First Class Mail and takes approximately 5-12 business days after being shipped. Handling time is the same day if the payment is completed before 2PM CDT. Other shipping options are available, but do incur an extra fee, paid in part by you. This quicker shipping speed can be USPS Priority Mail 3-5 business days, FedEx Home/Ground 3-6 business days, and sometimes overnight or 1-day shipping. Larger or heavier items may incur an extra shipping cost. **Please note that on USPS First Class Mail deliveries, as of August 29th, 2021, domestic and international First Class Mail shipments will have extended shipping times going forward. Total delivery times can be expected from 4-8 business days on domestic deliveries in the United States, and 20-35 business days for international customers. International shipping will be most likely handled by eBay’s International Delivery system. The item is shipped to a domestically USA located eBay processing center, where they will handle the shipping to internationally based countries. Depending on your world location in relationship to the USA, shipping times vary greatly. Canadian shipments usually are completed within 7-10 business days. European countries are usually 14-25 business days. The remainder of the world can take upwards of a month or longer. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Packages over $300 may also have insurance added to them, paid in part by you the buyer. Please contact us immediately if you would like added insurance to your package. Shipments that are returned to sender because of incorrect addresses, entered in by you the buyer to eBay’s system, will have a refund applied minus the outbound shipping cost. This refund usually takes place the same business day or a day later, after the package is received back. Full refunds will not be given on orders where the buyers address is incorrect with eBay and the Post Office cannot properly forward. Please make note that if you have moved or changed addresses, that you make the update in eBay before you make any purchase. Once a purchase is made, the address cannot be changed on the seller’s end. It must be shipped to the address recorded with eBay. Returns are most likely allowed within 30 days after you receive the item, unless they are trading cards of any sort. If returns are allowed, they are to be made through eBay’s automatic return system. As the seller, we do not provide you directly a shipping label to return the item. You must follow the return an item on the actual purchased item. Once the 30-day window has elapsed, you will no longer be able to return the item. You must return the item in the original condition as pictured in the listing. If there is a defect or issue with the item, please send us a message on eBay to inform us about the defect. If we receive an item back from you, the buyer, in a condition other than how it was originally sent, you will receive either a reduced return or will not receive a return and eBay will be then notified that you have not returned the proper item. If you are returning a PSA/BGS/BCCG graded item, it must be sent back in its original condition. The certification # on the card will be checked versus the listing and what you return. If there is a discrepancy, you will be reported to eBay and will NOT receive a refund. Some items are non-returnable, and this will be noted on the item’s listing. Any attempts of fraudulent purchases will be handled by all eBay and local laws affecting the sale. Unauthorized transactions by utilizing a fraudulent credit card or other form of payment, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
