This is a solid entry level desktop headphone DAC and amplifier stack. Its being sold only with the cables shown, which came with the unit. Original packaging is not included, however I am an audiophile (no pets/no smoke) and take care of my gear. From the manufacturer The TOPPING E30 DAC is equipped with the AK4493EQ D/A chip and the XMOS interface controlling the USB inputs. The AK4493 chip provides better distortion and S/N ratio while having increasingly accurate digital filters for sound. The E30 measures well above its price point with less than -130dB crosstalk, dynamic range of 119dB, S/N ratio of 121dB, and a distortion rate that is as low as 0.0003%.The E30 comes with an OLED display on the front. On the rear it has USB-B, optical, and coaxial inputs along with RCA outputs. With low energy requirements, the E30 can be powered directly from the USB port, but it also comes with a DC jack to provide the DAC with a cleaner power supply. This auction includes: 1 Topping E30 II DAC with standard accessories in retail box 1 Topping L30 II Headphone Amp with standard accessories in retail box 1 pair FANMUSIC C003 RCA cables I purchased this Topping E30 II DAC + Topping L30 II Headphone Amp + RCA Cable Combo from Shenzhen Audio in September 2023. It has served me well during the past ten months. In lieu of near-field monitors, Ive been using these components to edit video in my living room (so as not to disturb the family), as well as recreational music enjoyment after hours. My video projects are now complete, so I am scaling back my technology assortment. This combo is powerful, transparent, compact, and versatile... Temporary clear protective film is still adhered to the front face of both the E30 II and the L30 II, as pictured. The protective layer is beginning to loosen up on the volume knob and at the top-right corner of the L30 II. Of course, this material is intended to be removed by the end user. I debated removing it prior to listing as the equipment would photograph better, but as you can see from the photos, it remains in place. The E30 II DAC includes a remote control that I did not use; for my desktop setup the unit was within arms reach. So the remote is photographed still enclosed in the plastic sleeve in which it was delivered. The L30 II headphone amp includes a US-style wall wart AC adapter, as pictured. The plug is not a thing of beauty, but it keeps the desktop unit compact, and once you get it set up, the plug will likely be out of sight, out of mind. The E30 II DAC power cable terminates in a USB connector; it does not (and did not originally) include an AC plug. So you can either connect it to a USB port on your computer or hub, or if you have an extra 5v USB - AC phone charger, this could work to connect to AC power. (The USB power connection is separate and distinct from the USB audio connection.) Upon careful inspection you may observe cosmetic signs of use, but the components are in excellent shape overall, and in perfect working order. I boxed everything up as I photographed it for this auction. (As pictured, the L30 II retail box shows some wear; this is how it was originally received.) Please check out my other auctions.
