Nice high quality made-in-Denmark preamplifier rarely seen in 120v North American market. Looks great and works as it should. I dont have a remote control for it, but all functions except balance (perhaps you can figure that out) can be controlled with the front panel button and dial. Holding the button puts unit into standby. There is a power switch on the rear panel, but its best to leave that on 24/7. I am an audiophile, and this has been part of my master bedroom system over the past year or two, until I recently turned my listening room into a spare bedroom and moved the best equipment to the master bedroom. I had a Philips CD player with a remote whose volume buttons worked on this. So, I believe if you could find a full function Philips remote or use their codes on a universal, it will probably work on this. Please write if you have questions.
