As part of Kenwood’s “Audio Purist” series, this preamp was designed to sound extremely clean and have an exceptionally accurate phono RIAA input. It has moving magnet, and dual range moving coil phono input capability, even for low output cartridges. This preamp will do anything you need, and do it flawlessly. It has true tone control bypass, and lots of inputs etc. It works as intended and is built rock solid, with a high quality feel down to each of its controls. The faceplate and knobs are metal.
