THIS ONE COVERS APPROXIMATELY 14.070 -- 14.155. INCIDENTALLY YOU CAN MODIFY THIS SETTING BY MAKING SOME CHANGES INSIDE THE UNIT. IT REQUIRES A LITTLE WORK SO I DECIDED TO LEAVE IT WHERE IT WAS. Honestly dont know much about it but heres what I can verify It turns on Able to change stations with big turning knob Able to adjust speed of tuning Able to change mode Not able to verify speaker with volume or clarifier, possibly need an antenna or figure out a valid channel. I am listing this as parts only for this reason and my lack of knowledge to verify this . But for the most part it seems to be partly functional. For your viewing is a super nice Tentec Paragon model 585 and Power Supply. This unit is very nice cosmetically with a very few minor scratches. It works as well as it looks. Unit has the 1.8 narrow SSB filter, also the 500hz cw filter as well. I have had it on in my shack for the last couple of days and can find no issues with the unit. Replaced the battery backup and the s-meter bulbs and it is good to go. Unit comes with the original manual, and a 705 Tentec microphone. Purchase with confidence you will not be disappointed.

Up for auction is a Ten Tec 229 legal limit antenna tuner that needs some TLC. The tuner works just fine but the indicator string is broke. I looked at it and could not figure out how in the heck to fix it. The tuner is in good shape with a built-in balium which makes it nice. You can use the tuner without the indicator or maybe YouTube has a video showing how to fix it. Good luck, Steve, n0vcu.

TenTec Paragon Model 585 This rig is in nice shape, near perfect face but does have signs of use, as displayed in photos, and works well. Testing of Power Output shows about 90 Watts CW carrier and rig hears well. These rigs are well known great performers on CW as well as SSB. Sale includes rig, power cord and operators manual.
