The Amplifier has been recently checked & serviced by local Hi Fi shop, who were Technics main dealers, to ensure they are in full working order before listing for sale. Please note the shorting pins, which originally were in the ‘Ext’ ports are not in place, which means audio cables will be provided in these ports to make the Amplifier work, as intended. This excellent (and heavy) amplifier has brushed steel black fascia to compliment the other components of the 360 series range. I feel personally 1991 was probably the last great year of Technics consumer Hi Fi products, before the company tried desperately to adapt to the changing face of the evolving digital world. This desperation soon resulted in poorer quality components being used, and therefore more sub-standard products being supplied, which ultimately tarnished their excellent reputation in this field.
