This unit was found in an audio storage unit I bought. I have not tested this, even with a power cord I do not see a digital screen to indicate power would be on or off. Power button does click nicely. All dials glide up and down as should also. Because of the unknown I am listing this for parts or repair.

I have several EQs and three of these. I am downsizing and I have to liquidate a lot of gear. I can tell you that out of my many equalizers, I will be keeping one out of the three I will depart from. This EQ has been very good in what it does. I have others that just shape the sound just enough to either make it sound a tad bit louder or the sound becomes boomy in the bass and harsh in the mids and highs. This Technics SH-8017 really shapes the sound. Technics has been really good in competing with brands like Sansui, Marantz and even Luxman (general level) products for way less money. This EQ will not disappoint at all.
