Powers on... all lights work, plays tape for a few seconds and stops. Rewind works, Fast forward goes for a few seconds and stops... counter does not count... I believe there is a belt that needs replacement, and maybe some lubrication, but I have not looked inside to see. Being sold as is.. This unit is in fantastic shape, and has a really cool and unique tape loading dock with an outer door and a mirror with a light inside so you can see the tape that mounts at an angle. Sold as is.

Technics RS-671 USD HiFi - Cassettenlaufwerk Das Tapedeck ist mittlerweile eine in HiFi-Kreisen bekannte Legende, deshalb spare ich mir hier die übliche Lobhudelei. Matsushita Electric hatte damals beschlossen, Geräte für die Ewigkeit zu bauen. Dem Kenner ist dieses Cassettenlaufwerk ein Begriff. Dieses Deck präsentiert sich im (fast) Neuzustand, Gebrauchsspuren werden Sie keine finden. Trotzdem hat das Gerät mittlerweile fast 50 Jahre hinter sich und hat deshalb einen kompletten Service bekommen. - Alle Riemen neu, alles gereinigt und bei Bedarf gefettet. Alle Leuchtmittel neu - Nein, keine neumodischen LED´s sondern die originalen Sofittenlampen. Was anderes gehört da auch nicht rein. Ebenso erfolgte eine Einmessung/Neujustierung der Ströme, speziell die Dolby-Einheit lt. Werkvorschrift. Vormagnetisierung, Bias, Equalizer - alle Werte waren noch sehr gut. Der Tonkopf präsentiert sich noch im Neuzustand, perfekt. Natürlich sind alle Funktionen wie folgt einwandfrei: Vor/Rückspulen, Play, Pause, Stop, Aufnahme, Bandzählwerk, Memory-Rewind. Die Aufnahme-Pegelregler laufen samtweich und geschmeidig, die VU-Anzeigen gehen makellos.Somit ist das Gerät in einem prachtvollen Zustand - so wie es gebaut wurde, hält es locker weitere 50 Jahre !Versand für € 10,49 versichert & Tracking nur mit DHL, oder auch sehr gerne Selbstabholung incl. Technics RS 671 Front Loading Dolby Cassette Deck from 1975 this thing is a superb machine exceptionally engineered it weighs 9.5kg this particular one has had new belts and pretty much all of the electrolytic capacitors on the main and control boards replaced with new good quality JB caps. It plays it records its sounds good dont get me wrong its still a nearly 50 year old deck it has its little issues the pots could use a squirt of switch cleaner. Cosmetically its pretty much perfect the solid aluminium fron panel and knobs are in excellent condition and it looks great. UK postage 12
