All transport controls operate properly, belts seem to be in good condition, plays both directions, clean output on right channel, left channel output is weak and has white noise. May just need a good head cleaning, may require new caps/resistors/diodes? In very good condition but for the left channel output. 17”W x 4”H x 13”D.

Headphone jack in front is messed up/broken but probably fixable. Not sure how well it plays tapes these days but I did listen to a few on it 2021. Beautiful bright display.

Jedoch lassen sich deutliche Geräusche aus dem Laufwerk vernehmen und die Wiedergabegeschwindigkeit schwankt deutlich. Weitere Funktionsprüfungen wurden nicht vorgenommen. Optisch ist das Tapedeck sehr schön erhalten und zeigt nur geringe Gebrauchsspuren (siehe Fotos). The device can be turned on, the cassette compartment can be opened, playback works. However, clear noises can be heard from the drive and the playback speed fluctuates significantly. No further functional tests were carried out. Visually, the tape deck is very nicely preserved and shows only minor signs of wear (see photos).
