There are styli replacements from Jico and many other suppliers. The integrated cartridge with headshell is in excellent shape (minus stylus) as shown by the attached pictures. This is one of the better rated vintage MM cartridges with the specs and reviews to prove it, some specs listed below. You can find the balance of the specs online if you need them.
