Hi,i have for sale a quality Technics RS646DS cassette player that is in good working condition.This cassette player looks great and works fine too.As a matter of course i have stripped this down to change the drive belt on the tape counter,i have also touched a bit of lubricant on the steel actuating parts and lever slides etc.I have also cleaned the mains rubber drive belt and have cleaned the drive and jockey wheels.The tape head has also been cleaned too.The player has a nice sound and both meters respond fine along with their working backlights.The fast forward and rewind work too.They are not ulra fast but fast enough.Also i found it best to slide the finger off the eject lever when you eject as the doors captivating plate sticks a little if you eject it gently and the door will not latch until you give the eject lever a little flick.This comes with a mains lead as there is no rear battery cover.There are some usage marks and general age related marks but for its age,it is still a lovely quality player and must have cost a small fortune back in 1977. Please take a look at the pictures to see the general condition and what is present.The postage will be £8 to send to the UK mainland,i can send further but please ask for a price first.
