Technics SA-CH550 Stereo Tuner Amplifier. Working fine just the display is a little bit faint, I have taken photos to show. Comes with aerials and power lead, no remote. In good condition.

Technics SA-CH550, SH-C550 Stereo Tuner Amplifier & Sound processor & Ribbon cable Tested the unit and everything is working fine. Output to speakers and all inputs are functioning as they should. The sound processor (graphic equaliser) is also effective and the various different modes are changing the output etc as you would expect. The displays are all good and there are no obvious dead pixels etc. This has the ribbon cable that you use to connect with other peripherals i.e like a CD, Tape. There is an issue with the third connector on the cable which has lost the plastic back that clamps the pins to the cable. It works fine when you just align the cable and the pins but you might want to get a new connector at some point if you want to add two more items to the stack. It has the original radio aerial included which i have used to test the radio functionality too. Overall the metal casing looks in good condition considering the age. I have taken lots of pictures from multiple angles so please check these out and satisfy yourself on condition. All items are packed carefully and we tend to post most items the next working day. Technics Stereo Tuner Amplifier SA-CH550 Fully Working This Technics amplifier is fully working but the outer casing has lots of marks, dents and scratches. If you have a Technics SA-CH550 amplifier that does not work, then this is the amplifier for you. In one of the pictures you will see one of the black tabs for connecting the speakers wires is missing. Please note this amplifier will only work as part of the Technics 550 system only. A great looking lot - some issues (mainly tape deck) so please read all of the description. Has a couple of useful inputs on the back including for a record player. Has a great graphic equalizer display. Hi-Fi consists of the following components:- SL-CH550 COMPACT DISC PLAYER SH-CH550 STEREO SOUND PROCESSORRS-CH550 STEREO DOUBLE CASSETTE DECKSA-CH550 STEREO TUNER AMPLIFIERSB-CH550 3 WAY SPEAKER SYSTEMAlso comes with the remote control. The amplifier and tuner sound - the illuminated display is quite faded on this section so difficult to see in daylight.The CD player plays CDs - The tray sometimes sticks when you press eject.The tape deck has an issue with the left channel, as in when you press play a load of interference type sound comes out of the left speaker - same with both decks. Please see the video.The speakers both produce sound, and have wear/tarnish/paint splatter in places.If you dont use the tape deck, it seems to be quite a good compact hi-fi.May have other issues not spotted. Sold as pictured for spares/repairs. As it has some issues (mainly Tape deck issue), Sold as pictured for spares/repairs.
