Teac ZD-5000 CD Player that was originally released in Japan. This is a high-end CD player that is solid and heavy! The CD Player by itself weighs 20 pounds, hence the high shipping cost. The issue is the CD drawer does not want to open when pressing the button. When you press the open/close button, the player makes noise like its trying to do something, but it wont open on its own. The CD drawer can fall open leaning the unit forward. Not sure what the issue is. I have powered the unit on and it appears to work, but I dont have a way to verify anything except that the display power on. The machine itself it in very nice condition. Very little wear and all the buttons click as they should. The back has four RCA connectors plus a DB25 port for some reason. The DB25 is listed as a Sub Code Out, I have no idea what this is used for. Includes the original remote control (no batteries) that is in good condition.
