Wir empfehlen deswegen, dieses Set in Hörräumen von maximal 25qm Größe einzusetzen.LautsprecherHier ist TEAC unter Berücksichtigung der filigranen Größe und somit den kleinen Chassis ein guter Kompromiss gelungen. Gefühlt spielen diese sauber nur bis 110Hz herunter. Die Höhen jedoch sind als absolut brillant aber nicht überspitzt zu bezeichnen (Michael Jackson – Dirty Diana). Der Mitteltonbereich ist präsent und geht keinesfalls im Feuer des Subwoofers unter.Wir würden sagen – Well done TEAC !SubwooferDas TEAC es ernst meint mit dem W300 wird spätestens beim ersten „aufspielen“ des Subwoofers klar. Naja, an sich schon beim Auspacken, denn mit knapp 9kg ist er wahrlich kein Leichtgewicht. Konkurrenten nutzen hier aus budgetgründen oft Kunststoffgehäuse und kleinere Chassis. Hier werden Sie einen 20cm (Durchmesser) Chassis finden mit einem großzügig dimensionierten Hub. Dies wird angetrieben durch einen 100W Digitalverstärker.Als Resultat dieser ausgewogenen Komponenten erhält man einen saftiges Bassgerüst, wirklich trockene Bässe gibt es trotz Bass-Reflex Lösung leider nicht. Der Grund darin liegt einfach in der Tatsache, dass der Subwoofer den einen Großteil der Aufgaben der Front-Lautsprecher übernehmen muss. Die Frequenzabdeckung fängt sicherlich bei 130-150Hz an. Hierdurch ergibt sich nicht nur der bereits angesprochene Nachteil, der nicht wirklich trockenen Bässe. Sondern ist der Subwoofer auch für das menschliche Gehör dadurch auch ortbar, und das leider deutlich. Wir können nur empfehlen diesen Subwoofer irgendwo in der Front, idealerweise mittig unterzubringen.FazitSolide Leistung aus dem Hause TEAC. Wenn man den Kritikpunkten, welche wir gefunden haben, den Preis, den gebotenen Wert (in Bezug auf die Zielgruppen) sieht hat TEAC hier wirklich ganze Arbeit geleistet.
