It is the sound which is a standout feature. You get a pair of speakers that deliver a good clear bass, not earth shaking of course but you can follow the bass lines and kick drums clearly, a good integration of mid and a treble which is not harsh. Very little in the way of getting a clear rendition of what you are putting through them. They are an inoffensive box, nice in the wood finish, quite small so they will fit in where you want them, be aware that some come with a dark blue speaker grille, if you dont want that they do come with a black one.
