It’s missing part of the front where the tape goes but I don’t believe this affects anything. When you hit fast forward it does spin like normal. When you hit rewind it struggles. I have a feeling it will work with new belts but I honestly don’t know as I haven’t replaced them. Comes as is and for parts. Thanks for looking #10

When recording a strong sound exceeding the allowable dynamic range of a tape (55 dB to 60 dB), the level of the sound is compressed to 1 / 2 of the original sound, and the level is doubled during playback.
