Strobe light come on, but zero movement. #2 - The aluminum top isn’t true. This looks like it’s fixable but there is definite scraping during platter rotation. There could also be an issue with the clutch causing this? Those seem to be the only mechanical issues, but I can’t guarantee anything. I am very familiar with a wide array of pro and consumer audio equipment but I am not and do not claim to be a technician, electrical engineer or expert on anything. Cosmetically both top and bottom look very clean. Only thing I’d point out is the knick in the paint near the speed control (see pics). This is a non-working table with two potentially expensive issues, being sold only for parts or as a restoration project. It’s a great project for someone who either knows how or plans on having it serviced. It will be packed properly for shipping. Ich biete hier einen wunderschönen, legendären Thorens TD 124 MK II in, aus meiner Sicht, unverbasteltem und sehr gepflegtem Original Zustand an. Er gilt zu Recht immernoch als einer der besten, je gebauten Plattenspielern. Der Thorens war in einem Design Möbel eingebaut und ist deshalb ohne Zarge.Montiert ist ein SME 3012 Tonarm mit Shure M 55 E Tonabnehmer. Der Antrieb läuft gut und ohne für mich erkennbare Laufgeräusche. Der Plattenspieler wurde lediglich vorsichtigt Grund gereinigt, es wurden bisher vorsichstshalber keine Schmierstoffe oder ähnliches erneuert. Die Gummilager (Mushrooms) sind leider verhärtet und am Tonarm fehlt ein Teil der Ablage. Eine kleine Revision wäre vermutlich ratsam. Original Unterlagen sowie ein zusätzliches Gewicht für den SME sind Teil des Angebots. Mit etwas Liebe wird aus dem angebotenen Klassiker ganz sicher ein absoluter Traum HighEnd Spieler! Hallo zusammen, zum Verkauf steht ein Thorens TD 126 MK III. Dieses Gerät kam ohne Gehäuse und ohne Schwingchassis in meinen Besitz. Der Vorbesitzer wollte das Gerät wieder aufbauen, hat aber die Lust, auch mangels Wissen, verloren. Aus meinem Bestand konnten Fehlteile ersetzt werden, ich hatte noch eine frisch lackierte Zarge und Subchassis im Bestand. Beides in Seidenglanz Schwarz. Die Elektronikplatine wurde einer Sichtprüfung unterzogen, hier sind alle Bauteile in Ordnung. Alle mechanischen Teile wurden gereinigt und auf Funktion hin überprüft. Alle Lager wurden mit geeigneten Schmiermitteln behandelt. Bei der Endmontage wurde besonders darauf geachtet, das das Subchassis frei schwingt, und die Spaltmaße stimmen. Beim Tonarm wurde der Endabschaltpunkt frisch justiert. Die Endabschaltung wird berührungsfrei über eine Induktion gesteuert. Das funktioniert jetzt tadellos.De Haube ist zwar Intakt, aber vom Vorbesitzer rampuniert. Er hatte versucht mit einem oszillierenden Schwingschleifer Kratzer zu beseitigen. Ich habe jetzt eine Politur durchgeführt, das Ergebniß ist auf den Fotos zu sehen. Insgesamt ist die Haube milchig geworden. Ein Makel, der sich durch das Anschaffen einer anderen Haube beheben läßt. Meine Preisgestaltung berücksichtigt dieses Manko!Das letzte Foto zeigt ein Schopper TP64 Tonarmrohr. Hier sind alle 1/2Systeme montierbar, die von oben geschraubt werden (z.B. Hallo zusammen, Zum Verkauf steht ein General-Überholter Thorens TD 124 MK II. Als Tonarme sind ein SME 3009 S2 improved sowie ein Ortofon 309 (Bokrand modifizierter 12 Tonarm). Als Tonabnehmer im Ortofon ein Ortofon Nr.2 MC-System, im SME ein Shure MM 97XE nebst JICO SAS Neo Nadel (Bor-Badelträger, SAS (super audio stylus) Diamant. Das Gerät stammt von einem Sammler, der sich als Erstbesitzer beschrieb. Nach diversen Lebens-Ereignissen, und der teilweise Verwahrlosung seiner Sammlung, kam dieses Gerät in meinen Besitz. Offensichtlich war das Gerät Witterungseinflüssen ausgesetzt. Im Innern waren diverse Metallteile koridiert, Gummis verhärtet, und die Lackierung des Chassis in einem eher schlechten Zustand. Also wurde in 2020 der Entschuß gefasst, dieses Gerät wieder schön aufzubauen. Es wurde bis auf die letzte Schraube zerlegt, Rost an Bauteilen entfernt, das Chassis in der Lackiererei meines Vertrauens in seidenglanz Schwarz aufgearbeitet (2K--Lack).Die dazugekaufte Zarge stammt aus Portugal, ist aus insgesamt 7 Schichten Buche-Multiplex, dann Hochglanz Schwarz lackiert. Es ist eine Zarge die eine Montage eines 9 Tonarmes auf dem originalen Tonarmbrett erlaubt, ebenso die Montage eine 12 Armes hinten links auf dem Gerät. Es ist eine Basis für SME-Arme montiert, im Lieferumfang befindet sich aber auch eine ungebohrte Basis, für Ihren Traumtonarm (12)....Der Motor wurde zerlegt und in neuen Lagern eingesetzt, Die Motorwelle wurde poliert, der Zusammenbau erfolgte mit Unterstützung eines Stethoskope, es wurde Geräuscharmut erreicht. Der Motor dreht nach Abschalten (bei Betriebstemperatur) noch 40 Sekunden nach. Dieser Zustand ist nach ca. 30 Minuten in Betrieb möglich. In Kaltem Zustand steht der Motor nach 15 Sekunden. Aber Kenner der Bange wissen, das der Motor im Betrieb ca. 40° erreichen muss, bis er zuverlässig seine Drehzahl hält. Im www. sind entsprechend Kommentare zahlreich. Der Motor wurde in Federn aufgehängt, was eine Übertragung von Motorvibrationen auf das Chassis besser reduziert, als die originalen GummiteileDas Hauptlager wurde ebenso mit einem Tuningteil (kpl. Lagerboden)aufgewertet, Die Tellerachse läuft jetzt mit der eingepressten Kugel auf einen Teflonspiegel. Das soll die Laufruhe (Rumpel) verbessern. Das Idler-Wheel ist gegen eine massives Alukonstrukt gewechselt. Hier soll die Drehzahlkonstanz besser sein als beim Original. Im Lieferumfang sind mehrere Gummi/Silikon Riemen, da hat der Käufer die Möglichkeit unterschiedliche Materialien zu testen.Das Stufenrad wurde frisch gelagert, und mit frischem Öl eingesetzt.Was soll ich noch schreiben?Es ist alles gemacht: Beim Test fiel auf, das der Außenteller einen leichten Höhenschlag hat, gemessen 0,9mm, und die Regulierung des Pitch hakelt meistens. Der Pitch läßt sich durch Anheben der Zarge und manuellen verschieben der Achse im Gerät organisieren. Den Innenteller gibt es als Nachfertigung bei Swiss-Sonor.
