SONY TC-K620 3-Motor 3-HEAD Tape Cassette Deck Made In Japan As Is Doesnt Open I opened it to see if it was anything obvious. Everything looks fine to my lay-eye. Could be an easy fix.

That didnt matter to me as I dont use remotes when playing cassettes. (A remote cant power on the unit or insert a cassette anyway) I replaced the belts on it in March of 2024. Greased and oil perspective parts and calibrated the speed.(See demo video). Although this is not a Sony ES product, it does have gold plated rear RCA inputs and outputs, which I think is interesting. The top cover has a few scratches (see photos) however I give the face of the unit a 9 out of 10 as far as appearance. Its not perfect but there are no defects that are distracting.
