The unit has the following issue.It has wow and flutter when playing tapes. There are a couple of tapes that it plays fine with. I don’t know how serious the issue is, as the tapes I am testing it with have not been played for over 10-20 years and probably longer. I believe the heads are fine as with one tape, I was able to record on it and it played back fine. When it was in use decades a go, sorry can’t pinpoint exactly as it has been a while, it was used only occasionally. I am no technical expert, so look at this sale, as a unit that requires a service or repair. It may have other problems that I do not know about.
