They are audiophile grade musical speakers with great sound, can go down to 39Hz!, they work perfectly and still sound amazing. They have super-tweeters that you cannot hear but that add to the spaciousness of the sound. Just the two towers sold for $1,200 when new! They show some wear but have no functional issues, complete with their original spikes. The books shelves also have the Vogel wall mounts - normally a $300 item - mounted on and I will leave them if you want them. Prefer local pickup but will consider shipping for extra including packaging and shipping. These are an absolutely amazing pair of Tannoys DC2 and are now getting increasingly rare especially in fully working condition and in rosewood - you dont see many pop up!. These simply sound fantastic. These are honestly a hard sale I was going to keep them but unfortunately i dont have the room to have another set of speakers plus I dont think I have the mental strength to battle with the other half why I need another set . I know everyones ears are different but I would be surprised that anyone buying these would be dissapointed at all. They surprised me I loved them. Overall for their age they are in good condition. A couple little marks here and there but honestly nothing noticeable at all. Please study the pictures. Please ask any questions before buying. They come with the covers a couple of pegs have snapped but they are still useable and MAYBE one cover is a little sun faded if you were to be picky, but the grey in my opinion ruins the whole aesthetics they look awesome without the covers on!. Collection only but well worth the journey!.
