This Tandberg receiver is in good shape overall. The wooden side panels have a few chipped corners, but thats the only significant damage I can see. Of course there are some small scratches here and there. The front panel looks OK. Some display lights will need to be replaced. The receiver was been tested the TAPE 1 input and a pair of Grado headphones. It sounded great and all tone/balance controls worked. I would note that the controls should be cleaned with electrical contact cleaner to eliminate the scratchiness that comes with an piece of equipment this old. I did not test the phono inputs or FM signal, but Im confident enough that theyre all working as they should. This unit came from a customer of ours who is very reliable.
