This is one neat little unit, which includes a brand new, unused replacement needle, we put a battery in the unit, left of the antenna. You could hear the motor turn and lightly touching the needle. You could hear sound through the speaker I have no record to test this unit. It is very clean, but because of its age an expired warranty, it is sold strictly as is, as a novelty toy make a fair offer will be packaged carefully and shipped promptly

Super cool, vintage record player, I put in a battery, lifted the antenna and the motor started up. I do not currently have a record to test this unit with and will update the listing when I can get a hold of one, although when I lightly touched the needle, you could hear the sound through the speaker on top, this is a 40 some year old novelty and must be sold as is untested.
