The issue was in the gain knob. When I would turn the knob the channels would cut in and out. Static in the gain when you moved it.The Gain knob was no good. When I stopped moving it, it would play clean music both channels.This was removed from a amp that had the round transformer.I have working round transformers in my other ads. Up for grabs is this very nice, lightly used Sony TA-N55ES 2 channel amplifier. It is in superb condition with the exception of a couple scratches on the top facing front edge (as shown and pointed to in picture) and a couple light side panel corner dings on the backside corners. Otherwise the front face is in near perfect condition and displays nicely. The front attenuator and speaker selector controls operate smoothly as they should as does the backside stereo or mono bridged control. Sound quality is excellent and transparent as it should be. Included with the unit is a copy of the manual and RCA cables for hookup. Please see pictures and ask any questions!
