One owner, was purchased new, and was very much enjoyed in a non smoking home. This was a refurbished unit, looked like new and has always worked perfectly. Includes everything that came with it. (remote, Audyssey, etc.) The manual is on a disc and can be accessed on line as well. I would rate this an 8 out of 10 except the front plastic which shows info has spots on it from using the wrong cleaner. (see picture) It is not obvious and cant be seen accept at certain angles of light close up. I am selling this because I upgraded to the NAD T758. The NAD A/V products sound amazing and if like me, you are still using a CD player, it has an analog bypass that gets rid of all the processing used for home theater. Item will come double boxed.
