Systemdek IIX 900 Vintage Belt Drive Record Deck Player Turntable (No Tonearm or cartridge). This is a great turntable and in its day punched well above its weight. Whereas most of the budget turntables then and today are non-suspended, the Systemdek is fully suspended. Includes lid, belt, glass platter, mat and a transport bolt to lock the suspension for shipping. The armboard fitted is for a screw fit Rega. The armboard is included. Ive tested the turntable and it still sounds great. The tonearm and cartridge in any photos are not included and were only pictured to test and show the item working. The turntable is in good working condition. The only items of note are a scratch to the plinth in front of the armboard which is pictured. There is some rubbing on the armboard which is pictured but this is under the arm collar once one is fitted. There are a number of scratches to the lid but theyre difficult to photo but please look at the photos as Ive tried to detail any issues. . This is one of the last products Systemdek made. The design was so good that Audio Note used and modified it as the basis for their turntables. Shipping The turntable will have the platter and lid removed for shipping and the transit bolt will be in place. Ill package as well as I can but lids dont seem to travel very well without original packaging. So Ill let the buyer decide: send all together and take the risk or send as a two parcel consignment with the lid in a different package. Weight: 10 or 20kg or two boxes?
