Das Gerät befindet sich in Topzustand und wurde im Juni 2021 beim deutschen Fachhandel gekauft (Rechnung liegt vor). Das Gerät kommt in OVP mit Bedienungsanleitung, Stromkabel und Unterlagen. Im September 2022 wurden die Serienröhren durch klangstarke Spezialröhren ausgetauscht. Die ECC82 gegen eine handselektierte ECC82 Performance S4A von BTB (Rechnung über 56,65 € liegt vor). Die ECC83 wurden durch selektierte und gematchte 7025 HIGHGRADE TAD Premium ausgetauscht (Rechnung über 87,90 € liegt vor). Die Originalröhren lege ich selbstverständlich bei. Herstellerangabe: Synthesis bringt eine neue Röhren-Phonostufe heraus, die Roma79DC. Der wichtigste Bestandteil dieser Line Stage besteht aus zwei ECC83/12AX7 und einem ECC82/12AU7 die von einem mehrstufigen vollgeregelten Netzteil betrieben werden. Um dies zu untermauern, verfügt das Design über einen überdimensionierten abgeschirmten Leistungstransformator, um die Interferenzen zu reduzieren. Ein Array aus hochwertigen metallisierten Polipropilen-Kondensatoren, die die Audiosignalkreise steuern. Die MM-Eingangsstufe verwendet ein rauscharmes JFet mit separater geregelter Stromversorgung mit umfangreicher Filterung zur Reduzierung von Störungen und Rauschen. Die Verwendung einer ECC82/12AU7-Röhre in der Ausgangsstufe verleiht diesem Gerät eine sehr niedrige Ausgangsimpedanz ohne Signalverlust. Der Roma79DC verfügt über leicht wählbare Kondensatoren (MM) und Impedanzen (MC) für Tonabnehmer durch einen an der Vorderseite angebrachten Drehregler, der auch auf dem vorderen LCD-Display angezeigt wird.
