Bought this sub new about 3-4 years ago. Still works perfectly. You can connected this using on RCA cablefrom the subwoofer output or using active speaker wires from your amplifier if you do not have a subwoofer output. The base is very tight on this sealed box. I upgraded to a larger sub. I like that the old SVS subs have the blue power light on the front, behind the grill. The new ones dont. It is packaged very well to prevent shipping damage.

This is a used SVS SB-1000 subwoofer in good working condition. Please note that it shows some wear and tear from regular use, including a few chips in the wood finish and some tears in the grille screen.
