SunfireTheater Grand IA/V Preamplifier Up for sale is a Sunfire Theater Grand I A/V preamplifier. The unit is in very nice condition. However, it does not turn on. I have had it at a local repair shop in hopes of getting the unit fixed and running again with no success. According to the repair shop, there appears to be an issue with a microcontroller that controls the relays that turn the unit on. I have also tried replacing the micro controller board as well as the display board in hopes of recovering the unit. When plugged in, the Heart Beat LED pulses on the DSP board. Beautiful amp, unfortunately its not working and the local repair shop says its too much to fix. Since Im not handy enough to tackle it myself, you get the opportunity to snag this one cheap. I know it powers on. It was working, although it did have a buzz in a few channels. Then it sat for a while and now nothing. NO GUARANTEES, YOU ARE BUYING THIS 100% AS-IS. I also have the matching pre-amp in a separate listing that is working as far as I know. Its a heavy amp, and will be packed securely. Free local pickup (Lancaster, PA area) available.

High quality Sunfire Theatre Grand AV processor. (No amplification, this is a pre-amp / processor). Tested for audio and works great. Not tested in AV/Surround mode. No remote. Few light blemishes but overall very nice cosmetic condition. With user’s manual.
