This is the Charlie the digital Tuner FM tuner designed by James Bongiorno of Great American Sound fame. Its a collectible item, and is in good working condition, no issues, and excellent cosmetic condition as well. Its been my personal tuner for about five years. Please see my photos of it! I have it well packed in an oversized carton and protected against shipping damage with heavy layers of bubble wrap; small cardboard boxes around the edges to protect the rack panel from being damaged; heavy paper and foam bubbles to fill in all the voids.
