Listing is for the Sansui AU-X901 amplifier only. The amp has some general wear from use, being moved around and aging over the years, so there are some nicks, scuffs, scratches and very light corrosion on some of the external connecters. The amp has been tested and is in good working condition. There was a very light scratch when moving the volume knob, so that likely needs a little contact cleaner. Please see listing photos closely for current cosmetic condition of the unit.

The Amplifier has been recently checked & serviced by local Hi Fi shop, who were Technics main dealers, to ensure they are in full working order before listing for sale. I feel personally 1991 was probably the last great year of Technics consumer Hi Fi products, before the company tried desperately to adapt to the changing face of the evolving digital world. This desperation soon resulted in poorer quality components being used, and therefore more sub-standard products being supplied, which ultimately tarnished their excellent reputation in this field.
