The gain is super high to drive any stax ear speakers, unfortunately this accentuates the channel imbalance when you crank up the potentiometer at the starting position. Like other Felitsa built amps, this one suffered from bad soldering workmanship and I spent even more money to get the soldering properly done. The tech said the potentiometer is working properly, just turn down the dac output and crank up the potentiometer to get the channels even. There is not enough room to install a stepped attenuator. Selling this at a huge loss. My loss is your gain.
